Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
• 3+ years sales and face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Prior financial industry experience and NMLS/Notary preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication, judgment, decision and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate courtesy and efficiency while guiding customer needs.
• Promote Citadel products and services to achieve sales goals.
• Accurately perform financial transactions; cash handling with machines.
• Offer consultative services to help customers reach financial goals.
• Serve customers via in-person, calls, and community events.

• Stay informed about industry trends and risks affecting customers.
• Interact professionally with staff and customers; uphold Citadel culture.
• Complete SAFE Act requirements and annual BSA training.
