Job summary

Citadel Credit Union is seeking a customer-focused branch associate to assist members with accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications across our Eastern Region branches including Brookhaven, Glen Mills, Springfield, West Chester, and more.

You will drive sales through exceptional service, cross-selling Citadel products, and building lasting relationships while adhering to Regulatory and internal controls. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
• 3+ years sales and face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Prior financial industry experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• NMLS preferred.
• Notary preferred.
• PC literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
• Ability to achieve sales goals through outstanding service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Teamwork and relationship-building experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication, judgment, decision and problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate courtesy and efficiency with customers, exceeding expectations.
• Recognize opportunities to promote Citadel products and services to meet sales goals.
• Accurately perform customer financial transactions including cash handling with various machines.
• Offer guided, consultative services introducing products to meet financial goals.
• Meet customers’ needs through multiple channels: in-person, outbound calling, inbound calls, events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure operational and financial safety and compliance with policies and laws.
• Learn and adhere to Citadel’s corporate culture in all actions and words.
• Comply with SAFE Act requirements and annual BSA training.
• Maintain confidentiality of member financial information.
