Job summary

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM solutions, while learning products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them with experts.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with bank products and services and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
