Job summary

The successful candidate will handle both simple and complex transactions, promote digital banking solutions, and support branch leadership and training to enhance knowledge and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle both complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Assist in client outreach and identify needs or opportunities through branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training to improve service and product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
