Truist Wealth in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Regular full-time team member to provide timely, accurate client transactions, maintain records, and ensure proper handling of all monies while delivering superior service.

You will educate clients on digital banking options, support branch sales, and work within the Retail Community Bank to meet client needs, while following internal controls and risk policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel may be included.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by identifying client needs and referring to branch teammates.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
