Job summary

Truist Charleston is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records. You will deliver superior service, explore financial needs, and educate clients on digital banking options.

The role involves outbound outreach, supporting Integrated Relationship Management activities, and collaborating with branch teams to meet client goals while adhering to internal controls and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
