Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular position in Myrtle Beach to provide timely and accurate client service, handle transactions, and educate customers on digital banking solutions. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, relationship building, and adherence to risk controls.

The successful candidate will support sales activities, engage clients, and participate in training to expand product knowledge and service capabilities. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs; occasional weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales by outbound calls and cross-selling opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
