Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6; state registrations as applicable; Life insurance license may be required.
• All unlicensed applicants must pursue licenses via JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and address client needs; educate on products and services.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and assist with digital adoption.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
