Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Adherence to risk parameters and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
