Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide personalized service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure teller standards are met.
• Promote Bank products and services to customers and prospects.
• Assist with branch operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support notary services if licensed and provide quality service to customers.
• Assist with branch supervisor duties as needed.
• Move customers to digital banking channels where appropriate.
