Qualifications

• Ability to cross-sell Bank products and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately to control losses.
• Refer customers to Personal Bankers for specialized services.
• Balance cash drawers and secure receipts and records daily.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
• Issue money orders and bank checks and handle club accounts.
• Assist in outbound calling and promote digital channel adoption.
