Expect to learn wealth, mortgage and business banking collaborations while promoting digital banking tools. The role includes outbound outreach and occasional weekend/evening hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven success building relationships and cross-selling.
• Experience using digital tech to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions to customers.
• Strong collaboration with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivation and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Must complete SAFE Act pre-employment checks and obtain NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound financial advice and recommend solutions.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Suggest tailored plans to meet personal financial goals.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking for transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set appointments.
