Qualifications

• Proven success building relationships and referring products via in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong ability to use digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and complete pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and assist using the app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
