Job summary

You’ll guide spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, while introducing digital banking tools and guiding clients toward tailored solutions.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to address more complex needs and may schedule financial checkups. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Proven ability to ask questions, identify needs, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Experience in referring products/services and using digital channels to support business goals.
• Aptitude for solving problems and providing practical solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners, and specialists to strengthen relationships.
• Self-motivation, confidence, and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must complete SAFE Act pre-employment checks and obtain a unique NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Suggest tailored solutions to help customers achieve personal financial goals and future planning.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking via app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
