Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client service experience across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Provide maintenance and holistic advice on assigned relationships by cross selling and identifying client needs.
• Execute client account servicing activities including wires, fund transfers, openings/closings, and recordkeeping.
• Communicate proactively with relationship management and operations to obtain necessary information.
• Mentor fellow bankers and support the Wealth Management team to improve processes.
