Northern Trust in Chicago is seeking a Personal/Universal Banker to deliver an exceptional client service experience while servicing clients with a full range of banking products and services. You will interact with clients in person, by phone and email, handling account openings, transfers and maintenance in strict adherence to banking guidelines.

The role emphasizes risk management, collaboration with relationship management teams, and a strong client-focused mindset.

Competenze

• Strong client service skills, problem solving, and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to think critically and work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 2-3 years of related experience.

Mansioni

• Executes and submits client account servicing requests within appropriate time frames, including wires, transfers, and account maintenance.
• Maintains accurate account records and supports banking operations.
• Keeps informed of products, services and compliance requirements to respond to client inquiries and expand relationships.
• Assists with audits and documenting activities as directed by leadership.
