Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to join our branch team in Pennsylvania. You will build lasting relationships, offer trusted financial guidance, and promote digital banking tools to help customers manage spending, saving, borrowing and investing.

You’ll work with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners to address more complex needs, while making outbound calls to grow the customer base. Hours include weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs.
• Proven success in building relationships and cross-selling.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Must complete SAFE Act pre-employment checks and obtain an NMLS identifier.
• Video interview assessment required within 7 days after applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound financial advice and recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking solutions via app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
