Job summary

Citizens Bankers in Pennsylvania is seeking a personable, customer-focused candidate for a branch role with starting pay of $25 per hour. You’ll build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering trusted financial advice across spending, saving, borrowing and investing; and you’ll introduce digital banking options.

Daily duties include proactive outreach, cash handling, and collaborating with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options and help them use the app/ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
