Job summary

Park National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker for the Keith Street TN Office in Cleveland, TN. You will serve customers in person and via digital channels, aiming to deepen banking relationships and promote Park's products and services.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, promote digital adoption, and participate in daily branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years experience in banking, sales, relationship management, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates by ensuring prompt, professional interactions that align with Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Foster and strengthen retail banking customer relationships and resolve basic to moderately complex customer issues/concerns.
• Coordinate sales efforts and relationship management activities across lines of business such as Banking Center Network, Mortgage Lending, Commercial/Cash Management, Wealth Management.
• Act as the customer's personal banker, strengthening relationships and offering products and services that meet customer needs.
• Execute retail banking initiatives and strategies through consultative relationship management.
• Cross-sell products and services and perform related clerical functions such as account maintenance.
