Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates.
• Foster and strengthen retail banking customer relationships and resolve basic to moderately complex customer issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts and relationship management across lines of business.
• Act as the customer's personal banker and promote digital product adoption.
• Cross-sell products and perform related clerical tasks and account maintenance.
• Originate and maintain customer accounts including Retail and Small Business deposits.
• Handle inquiries and transactions in person, by phone, virtual, or digital channels.
