Job summary

Park National Bank seeks a Relationship Banker in Loudonville, OH. You will provide exceptional service to customers and associates, build strong retail relationships, and handle a range of transactions both in person and digitally.

Responsibilities include cross-selling, supporting branch operations, and advising customers on products while maintaining compliance and service standards. This on-site, full-time role requires 37.5–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years experience in banking, sales, relationship management, or related field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates in line with Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Foster and strengthen retail banking customer relationships and resolve basic to moderately complex issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts across banking lines and relay information clearly between branches and departments.
• Act as the customer's personal banker, offering products and services that meet needs and provide outstanding service.
• Execute retail banking initiatives through consultative relationship management.
• Cross-sell products and services and perform related clerical tasks such as account maintenance.
• Originate, retain, and maintain customer accounts including deposits and digital products.
• Address inquiries and complete transactions promptly, in person, by phone, virtual, or online.
• Support branch management with daily operations, reporting and data gathering as needed.
• Maintain awareness of compliance and risk management requirements and apply to daily tasks.
