Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in banking, sales, relationship management, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and bank associates.
• Foster and strengthen retail banking relationships and resolve issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts across multiple lines of business.
• Act as the customer's personal banker to strengthen relationships and promote products.
• Execute retail banking initiatives through consultative relationship management.
• Cross-sell products and services and perform related clerical functions.
• Originate, retain, and maintain customer accounts (Retail, Digital, Small Business).
• Address inquiries and complete transactions promptly and accurately.
