Qualifications

College degree or work experience with transferable skills.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
Understanding of advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
NMLS SAFE Act registration required at the time of employment.

Responsibilities

Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
Utilize approved tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
Refer customers to Business Partners for holistic financial solutions.
Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; drive revenue growth.
Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
Participate in opening/closing processes of the Financial Center or Bank Mart.
