Qualifications

• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures is expected.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS is required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales processes to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet and strive to exceed customer experience and revenue goals.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
