Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

• Actively promote and sell the bank’s products and services to customers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and seek referrals.
• Assist customers with loan applications and document gathering; close retail loans when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with banking regulations.
