Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated sales and service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to ensure excellent customer service.
• Displays professional dress and demeanor.
• Personal computer proficiency.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail banking experience preferred.
• Compliance with Loan Officer Requirements of the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and Regulation Z; background checks required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine to complex problems.
• Promote and sell bank products and services.
• Process routine banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers).
• Maintain cash drawer and balancing responsibilities.
• Assist customers with loan applications and mortgage referrals; coordinate with loan department.
• Help meet branch goals for loans, deposits, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships; refer to other departments as needed.
• Stay compliant with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
