Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in an assigned book of business in person, over the phone, or via other channels.
• Use a consultative approach to identify needs and tailor recommendations/advice.
• Maintain working knowledge of products, services, and processes offered.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Analyze customer credit data and other financial information to align with suitable solutions.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies, modeling ethical behavior.
