• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

• Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in an assigned book of business through proactive outreach.
• Use of a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and tailor recommendations and advice.

• Analyze customer credit data and related financial information to ensure suitable solutions.
• Provide customer support reinforcing the value of current and new technology.
