• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.

• Use consultative sales process to assess financial needs.
• Know Retail products and propose solutions.
• Schedule appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment).
• Meet customer experience and production goals; drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales/referral process.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow policies.
• Open/serve the full range of Retail products.
