• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose suitable solutions.
• Set appointments for financial reviews and outreach.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referral processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical behavior in all duties.
