Fifth Third Bank in Gainesville, GA seeks a Retail Personal Banker I to begin in a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. The role concentrates on consultative sales to identify and meet customer financial needs, while processing teller transactions and supporting the platform staff.

The program leads to a Personal Banker I position, emphasizing new household acquisition and cross-selling with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ethical conduct.

Formación

• College degree or work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities.
• Ability to understand advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment time.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers using approved Marketing tools and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Maintain customer trust and confidentiality.
