Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in financial services or sales preferred.
• Ability to perform teller transactions and assess customer needs.
• NMLS registration required upon employment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and offer suitable solutions.
• Set appointments for financial reviews with customers.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and collaborate with partners.
• Assist in opening/closing Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
