Fifth Third Bank in Nashville is launching a Retail Personal Banker I program. Selected candidates will join a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family.

The role focuses on proactive needs assessment, cross-selling, and building new and existing customer relationships. The position involves teller processing, lobby leadership or aisle-time activities, and collaboration with partners

• Experience applying consultative sales to financial needs.
• Familiarity with Retail consumer and small business products.
• Ability to build customer profiles and suggest solutions.
