Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Use CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, and Commercial partners.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and protect confidentiality.
• Follow policies and participate in opening/closing of the Financial Center or Bank Mart.
