Qualifications

• College degree or relevant experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit/financial info.
• Professional appearance and verbal/written communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers using approved tools to set appointments.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Build relationships with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and refer customers as needed.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs in sales/referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism and helpfulness.
• Answer customer questions and own issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Follow Code of Conduct and policies; open/servicing of Retail products.
