Job summary

Selected candidates complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to demonstrate skills for the Retail Personal Banker family.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures and ability to utilize good judgment.
