Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in the United States is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I track who will complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. The role emphasizes consultative selling, building customer profiles, and cross-selling financial products to new households and existing customers.

Upon completion of the program, candidates may advance within the Retail Personal Banker family and participate in bank-wide risk management

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer profile and identify financial needs using consultative selling.
• Cross-sell Retail products and advise customers on solutions.
• Refer customers to Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment partners as appropriate.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
