Frost Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I in Texas to serve as the first contact for customers, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and guidance on deposits and loans. You will handle teller functions, process transactions, and support customers while maintaining accuracy and compliance with bank policies.

You will be part of Frost Bank’s community-focused team, with training provided to stay updated on financial products, security practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and basic banking software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
• Educate customers on deposits and loans and assist with service or account maintenance issues.
• Uphold integrity and act with sound judgement in all customer interactions.
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing per bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and prepare daily teller settlements and proof transactions.
• Manage risk and participate in loss prevention.
• Attend teller and personal banking training to stay current with policies and regulations.
• Develop relationships with clients and be their primary contact.
• Offer guidance to customers on financial journeys and products.
