Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment with customer interactions and product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Convert transactions and routine service requests into cross-sell conversations while meeting customer needs.
• Call leads, visit businesses, and develop referral networks to create sales opportunities.
• Hit daily performance metrics and learn banking processes and documentation in line with industry standards.
• Learn and perform transactions, cash drawer management, and bank documentation with accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
