Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process to build a customer profile and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality while adhering to policies.
