Qualifications

• 1 year of Teller or other banking experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days required.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and expand existing relationships; refer to appropriate business partners.
• Uncover and originate consumer lending and small business lending opportunities.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Originate consumer loans independently and business loans with minimal assistance.
• Provide proactive client service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
