Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calls, teller interactions, appointments, and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences and education on technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and solve customer problems, driving satisfaction.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and participating in branch operations.
