Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge; typically 3+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certification and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations via defined processes including outbound calling, appointments and lobby engagement.
• Creates loyalty and expands wallet share by educating customers on PNC solutions and leveraging ecosystem partnerships.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and protect customer assets.
• Participates in branch daily operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy while managing risk and compliance.
