Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of sales and service experience in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales referrals and cross-sell to meet deposit/loan goals.
• Promote bank products and refer customers to appropriate departments.
• Manage branch operations and provide excellent customer service.
