Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and services offered.
• Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.

Responsibilities

• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Provide excellent client service by identifying needs and offering appropriate products and services, and referring clients to appropriate partners.
• Engage clients in financial reviews to provide solutions and uncover additional financial needs.
• Make recommendations and follow through on commitments to clients.
• Resolve client issues with proactive problem solving and strong follow-through.
