You will open consumer and business accounts, originate consumer and small business loans, refer to partners, and provide proactive service onsite at 165 North Maple Street, Yamhill, OR 97148.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Teller or banking experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services.
• Proficient in consumer lending.
• Ability to handle cash, balance drawers, and perform accurate calculations.
• Ability to obtain NMLS within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience per Breakthrough standards.
• Open consumer and business accounts for clients.
• Originates consumer loans independently and with minimal assistance.
• Originates business loans independently or with minimal assistance.
• Refer clients to internal partners for additional solutions.
