Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year Teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products/services.
• Ability and desire to develop consumer lending skills.
• NMLS licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience per Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Acquire new clients and expand relationships by identifying needs and offering suitable products.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Refer clients to internal partners and support teller functions when needed.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and resolve client issues.
