PNC in Pittsburgh is seeking a Personal Banker to grow the branch’s customer base through proactive sales, thoughtful service, and financial coaching. You will identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, improve their financial wellbeing, and champion PNC solutions that fit their goals.

Based at the Crafton Ingram Shopping Center, you will engage customers in lobby and by outbound calls, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and support daily branch operations with accuracy and strong

Qualificações

• Associates or equivalent degree required; typically 3+ years of related experience.
• Proven ability to build and deepen customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking products and sales approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and drive loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through inbound/outbound interactions using a defined sales process.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions for clients.
• Leverage partnerships and Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Manage risk by following policies and procedures and adhering to regulatory requirements.
