The role focuses on enhancing customers' financial wellbeing, expanding wallet share, and providing a differentiated customer experience in an in-office setting. You will engage with ecosystem partners, educate clients on digital tools, and work within branch operations to ensure accurate, compliant service delivery while building loyalty

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree and related experience preferred.
• 3+ years experience in banking or related roles.
• In lieu of a degree, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions and lobby engagement.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverages partnerships to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share through a differentiated experience.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Applies product knowledge to solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and exercising sound judgment.
