Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Develop customer loyalty and expand wallet share through PNC solutions and ecosystem partnerships.
• Ensure risk is managed in line with policies and procedures.
